## What is Studydown?

Put your phone down. See your effort add up. Studydown records time for the things that matter to you: a work project, a reading habit, language practice or a personal goal.

Choose an activity, tap to start, then place your phone face down on a steady surface. Keep Studydown open while timing. Picking up your phone pauses the count after your chosen grace period; leaving the app stops additional time from being recorded.

A record that fits your day
• Create, color and arrange your own activities. Add missed time or correct entries manually.
• See today and this week, consecutive days and a breakdown by activity.
• Set weekly goals and deadlines, with reminders every day or every few hours.
• Save records as CSV. Pro also includes complete JSON backup and restore.

Try it, then choose
The free allowance includes up to 3 activities and 5 recorded minutes in total—not a daily allowance. A session already started is kept in full. Buy Pro once for unlimited activities and recording, advanced statistics, goals, deadlines, widgets, Apple Watch and backups. No subscription.

Timing and records work on your device, with no account or ads. You control whether to share exported files. Purchases and purchase restoration use Apple services.

Every face-down session keeps a Focus Signature: phone pickups and average uninterrupted time. Give each deadline an effort target to see logged Activity time and the daily pace still required.
