Hello StudyStream Team, Thank you for providing such a helpful and valuable service. I’m writing to suggest one improvement regarding the app. It seems that there is currently no option to change the app language to Korean. Since there are many Korean users, adding a Korean interface and a language selection feature would greatly improve accessibility for non-English users. I believe that supporting the Korean language would make StudyStream more convenient to use and could also have a positive impact on the number of users in Korea. It was showing ‘ no internet connection’ even though my wifi was working just fine so i closed the app . However i couldnt open the app again? Id like for this issue to get resolved? I guess you can't use it more than 1 h in 24 h ### 1/5 — No Music While Mute *2025-06-30, version 1.0.75* Most users occupy two chat rooms in groups of 300-400+, each room prevents individuals from unmuting their live stream while simultaneously preventing any sound from a users device. Why require a users device to not play sound while a stream is on mute? This is inconvenient for users who require music to focus, are in an environment with distracting noise, and makes people have to get another electronic device IF they have access to one to accommodate their needs. I only paid for one month’s subscription, I will continue my subscription once this bug is resolved. ### 1/5 — Baseless bans *2025-06-11* I was banned for no reason. On filing an appeal, they were very vague with an explanation when all i did was pin people and study quietly. Also: the users that report the posts as such get their accounts magically flagged as having suspicious activity. Sweet mother of pearl i just gagged thinking about it take this down leave study streams to zoom.
