This one did! The UI is stunning and pleasing to use and excellent features! HOWEVER Desktop version ?? *2026-03-19* Love Stuff (no pun intended). I searched multiple times since starting using Stuff as my MAIN to do with the SIMPLICITY to get out of the way, do its job well, while being easy and delightful to use and Stuff has been my favorite. THINGS fixed in my (and I’m sure many others’ opinion..) BUT where/IS THERE a web or desktop version?? Sometimes you just want to see your list like cascaded to the left or right of the screen and just tackle those COMPUTER tasks. Super helpful. As someone who gets overwhelmed pretty easily, I notice that other platforms emphasize all the noise and urgency of tasks in my life. This is LITERALLY the only app I can open without feeling pulled in a million directions. I can get on, do what I need to do, and get off without feeling mentally drained. Exactly what I need. I have contacted the developer many times about questions and concerns I have regarding a few of this company’s apps, and I have received very prompt and extremely respectful replies. This is not one of those. You can really tell that the developer puts in a lot of thought and care to every interaction, animation and flow. I did not sign up for that and it feels like a scam to force someone to switch. This app is getting deleted and I don’t think anyone should get it for that reason ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2025-08-08* Can’t even try the app because it says every possible username is taken. I gave up and started typing in gibberish and it still said every name was taken. There’s no way that many people use this, lol. **Developer response:** Thank you for letting me know! If so, would love to hear your updated thoughts. ### 2/5 — Not worth it *2026-02-19* “Extra stuff” is super expensive (like CRAZY expensive, lifetime is over $100??) The thing is, the only features making this app stand out and seem really promising are the features that are considered “extra,” like dependencies and due dates vs planned dates. Those features are amazing but it’s too expensive. Without premium there’s no reason for me to switch from TickTick since everything else about it is better. **Developer response:** Hey there, thanks for the feedback! Would love to chat over how we can make Stuff into more of your ideal to-do list app. Just shoot me an email at hello@themitycompany.com and let’s chat! ### 2/5 — Can’t add tasks *2026-02-16, version 2.2.9* I really want to like this app, but I’ve tried multiple times now to add a new task, and no matter what I do, the task never shows up - not in Inbox, Someday, etc. I tap the + button, describe the task, enter a date, set the task to repeat, etc. and tap the blue arrow, but nothing happens. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app. No luck. ### 3/5 — Needs bi-directional sync *2026-06-12, version 2.3.3* Nice design, but for me to use Stuff it has to have bi-directional sync between Apple Reminders and Stuff. I need to be able to add a reminder, and it appears in Apple Reminders and vice versa. It can't be just one way. ### 3/5 — Meh *2025-06-10, version 2.1.6* Beta tested this app. Now I can’t see some of my to dos because dependencies are paywalled. Also gave a bunch of feedback while testing and it never even got acknowledged. If you have the money to throw at yet another subscription, this app is good. If not, it’s just a basic to do list app. ### 3/5 — Hello *2024-11-27, version 2.0.5* What you should do when downloading a new application is to allow some users a "free subscription of$ 0.00", so more of them create a new application . ### 4/5 — Great app but lacks subtasks *2026-03-04, version 2.2.11* The app is amazing for organizing and planning tasks quickly and efficiently. UI is amazing as well, wouldn’t be wrong to say one of the best in a Todo app. But one important missing feature that i believe should be added soon: Subtasks. That would complete this amazing project. ### 4/5 — Not 100% there yet *2025-12-16* I have been using Todoist app for over 8 years and was looking for an app with more UI and extra features. Stuff seems ok but still missing my aspects such a Mac app, Apple Watch app, and sub tasks. Perhaps the most critical thing is the fact I am not getting notifications on tasks with a fixed due date and time. I have played with every single setting in my iPhone 17 pro max and my iPad Pro but nothing. Help please. Things3 may be older but keep an eye out for Stuff which is just as elegant. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Seamless Organization *2026-08-18, version 2.3.7* The IOS version is already wonderful, so having the Mac version makes all of my task organization seamless and effective. So glad to have the Mac edition! ### 5/5 — Lifetime License and Supporter. Say less. *2026-08-13, version 2.3.7* Stuff directly addresses small modernisation improvements in a pleasant and objective manner. It only took me a day testing their demo to fully come aboard. The app is filled with that rare combination of efficient thinking and a pleasing UI-UX, together with pragmatic and well thought features. Feature Requests: small File Attachments and EE2E would give it a crown that simply makes it an undeniable leader. I like the mentality behind the roadmap and how the app presents itself in the space against existing alternatives. Nothing but love and enthusiasm for a long life. I’m enjoying the good Stuff. Ka pai! 🇳🇿 ### 5/5 — Breath of Fresh Air™️ *2026-07-08* I have gone through what feels like every app and every desktop program before I found this lifesaver. I have adhd and I’m a very visual person. I have a wild amount of whiteboards because it lets me take the tangle of thoughts in my head and lay it all out so I can see everything and organize and arrange and rearrange them. The problem with whiteboards is that they’re not very portable and they’re not permanent so if I don’t take a picture it’s gone. This app is exactly what I didn’t know I needed. It perfectly complements the way my mind works and I wish I had had it all along. Everyone’s mind works a little differently so I can’t guarantee it will be as helpful as it was for me, but it is 100% worth trying. For years no To-Do style app has ever managed to actually hook me until “Stuff” showed up when I was just browsing around! My favorite feature is how I can scan a handwritten list my wife wrote and it will make it easily laid out for me, and I can set a date and time and I won’t forget to do it! This app has really helped me so much and I’ve only had it for a couple days now! I told my friends about it but they don’t have iPhone. I hope eventually there will be one for them too! Everyone deserves to experience this amazing app! Another cool thing is it’s a fun looking app without looking like a toy!
