Had someone book my studio through here. Session ended up not working out. They needed a refund. I contacted the stufinder support team to process the refund. They never got back to me. I had to refund the client out of my own pocket. To make matters even worse, when the funds the client paid through stufinder became available, the app wont let me collect the payment. It just crashes everytime i hit the “pay me” button. I will be deleting my studio from this app and contacting all the other studios in my city to give them the same information.
