Had someone book my studio through here. Session ended up not working out. They needed a refund. I contacted the stufinder support team to process the refund. They never got back to me. I had to refund the client out of my own pocket. To make matters even worse, when the funds the client paid through stufinder became available, the app wont let me collect the payment. It just crashes everytime i hit the “pay me” button. I will be deleting my studio from this app and contacting all the other studios in my city to give them the same information. Stufinder has $700 of my money and wont even address my multiple support claims. ### 1/5 — FULL OF SCAMMERS *2024-08-17, version 1.6.8* I booked a session and it was pending but never confirmed by the studios owner and to make it worse there is absolutely NO WAY of contacting the studio owner or getting a address . Customer support never replied to my emails .
