## What is Stuie?

Walk more. Scroll with intention.

Stuie is a Screen Time app blocker that turns your real-world steps into timed access to distracting apps. Choose what to block, build your own steps-to-minutes exchange, and let your walking earn the unlock.

BLOCK. WALK. UNLOCK.

- Choose distracting apps with Apple's Screen Time controls.
- Set how many steps an unlock costs and how many minutes it gives you.
- Walk with your iPhone or Apple Watch.
- Spend your available steps when you want a focused break.
- Your shield returns automatically when the unlock ends.

Blocking is free, and you can stop blocking at any time. You are always in control of your apps.

YOUR STEPS. YOUR RULES.

Stuie reads today's step count from Apple Health and shows the steps available to spend. Used steps are deducted from your daily balance, so the same walk cannot be exchanged again and again. Change your exchange anytime in Settings.

MOVE WITH STUIE

Build a daily walking streak and keep Stuie thriving. Your home screen shows today's steps, unlock progress, earned minutes, and Stuie's current mood.

STUIE PREMIUM

The free experience includes app blocking, your step balance, progress and Stuie. Stuie Premium lets you spend steps on timed unlocks. Weekly, Monthly and Yearly auto-renewing plans may be available. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. Trial availability and duration depend on the selected plan and your eligibility.
