But it’s the correct email. ### 1/5 — Help? *2020-11-26, version V 3.0.43 (3.0.2)* I’ve tried to download and redownload continuously because everytime I try to go on the app it does the loading circle then takes me off the app, so I haven’t been able to use it at all I’ve only been able to log in and that was as much as it would let me do. The idea of a student discount is that we don’t have much money to spend as it thus the need for discounts on day to day things. I don’t have £1000 to spend on a single item so it’s futile for me to have that discounted. Secondly, there weren't any near me. The closest deal was at least 100 miles away, how hard is it to find deals for someone who lives in London? I only downloaded because of the reviews that spoke highly of this app. Unfortunately for me this app is useless. Don’t bother creating an account and downloading it’s a waste of time. No contact details on their website to raise this with. ### 1/5 — Scam that steals even when you cancel *2022-10-07, version V4* A subscription to stunii surely is a subscription for life. I signed up in 2019, however in early 2020 I was having issues in the app and was given a refund and I cancelled my account. It has now come to my attention that for the past 2 years they have been charging my account, despite not having premium, despite not being a student since 2021 and thus my account isn’t even verified anymore. DONT FALL FOR THIS SCAM THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU AND IGNORE YOUR EMAILS. I haven’t been a student in almost two years and even the app itself shows that my status expired in 2020. There’s no way to cancel it so I’ve been fleeced. Will be emailing asap to attempt to resolve.
