I love all the features attached to it. I think my favorite is how after you take the career test, it not only shows you the results, but also shows the steps for the user to take to get to that career path. Now I’ve set new career goals and was honestly a little lost on what to do. Then I got an email being like this app is out now try it out. First off it asked pretty good questions that helped me find direction, I’m gonna look to use this a bit more. Don’t know how to delete the account without completing the assessment and didn’t realize until after I uploaded my resume, so I guess that’s still gonna be a thing anyway. ### 1/5 — Bugs Undermine Purpose *2026-05-26, version 1.0.7* The AI used is kinda bad. It really gets stuck on really specific things and goes around in circles with the questions (question a about what you want to do, I say idk that’s literally why I’m here, question b asking about interests, I tell it, question c acknowledging that then asking what I want to do again). This alone leads to skewed profiles because it doesn’t get a big picture, has to be forced to move on, and clear has some kind of struggle with comprehension. Additionally, uploading your resume is useless because it is not used to help assess your skills and former work. The AI asks no questions about it and doesn’t use it for any kind of context. It also clearly isn’t considered when making your profile. This leads to more skewing and tons of blind spots giving an inaccurate view. I shouldn’t have to restate a bunch of information I’ve already given in a chat to have it included in the assessment. This app is marketed as helping you find your niche and not force you down paths like most people do, but by not including information and only looking at certain aspects it doesn’t the opposite. ### 1/5 — Still rather buggy *2026-05-21, version 1.0.6* The app hasn’t worked well for me yet - during the initial assessment, I was asked the same questions over and over until I asked the AI to move on. The Finish button wasn’t visible after the assessment was complete as confirmed by AI. When I went back in and finished, I got a fee slides where some text was cut off at the bottom. Going back to home, my assessment was marked unfinished again. Not sure I have any benefit from using the app so far. Don’t use it. ### 2/5 — So time-saving, but glitches out *2026-08-24, version 1.0.23* I am so thankful for this app for the way it helps me with job applications and logistical tasks that wealthy people pay personal assistants for. It makes time and progress accessible. It understands your goals and is good about keeping that in mind with tasks. HOWEVER, it does glitch out A LOT. The voice tool has some issues, like not registering when I’m speaking, being stuck on “listening” forever and then not responding, drafts for emails often error and don’t generate at first (which wastes time/messages on the free version before I get cut off), and the voice sounds like a robot now rather than Erin — before, it felt like it was a human app. I was reminded that this app was made by humans for humans, and the AI function didn’t bother me as much because I could literally hear the founder and person who built it, knowing that she recorded and it’s part of herself. That’s super different than hearing this robot voice that changes and sounds creepy. Also, now updating resumes is so clunky and cover letters poorly written. The resumes just give a sentence for each role, skip skills in that section, and don’t tailor it for the role. It would be quicker to do it all by scratch myself. It used to work so well, and now it’s probably the worst tool for tailoring since it won’t— I just spent 10 minutes going back and forth with the chat to get it to fix sections, and it just kept bouncing between not doing job descriptions at all and just giving a sentence. I really wish it would go back to the high-quality I experienced when it was first downloaded. It has some massive pros, but now some super frustrating cons that are completely outweighing it. I checked the hamburger menu, I closed my app and reopened it, I closed the assessment tab and reopened it, I cannot finish it thus making the assessment and app useless. The fact it knows my industry, helps me articulate my strengths and pivot my mindsets while also making me a strategic plan… it’s amazing. It’s not easy to explain what I do for my job, especially in a succinct way, and this app does it for me. My job as a service designer can have a dozen different titles and each title can mean something different at every company… plus my industry is rapidly changing. It validated my current career interests and is helping me develop professionally. This has the satisfaction of Spotify Wrapped but for your career.
