## What is Style Connect Australia?

One place to split, rent and resell fashion, with vetted members.

Who we are: 
Created by women, for women who love fashion. Especially fashion you can split, rent or resell - and get the most out of your investment.
 
Fatigued by paying full price, transaction fees, or being bogged down in admin - we created a place where you can communicate freely, exchange your clothes, and be inspired by women who share the same style. All within a vetted community that requires a member referral.

How it works: 
Firstly, apply to become a member. Our community is carefully vetted and requires you to add the full name of an existing member you know to avoid fraud and ensure that everyone is here for the right reason.

Each group has rules to abide by, and your posts will be monitored by us.
 
If you find someone to split, rent or resell with, feel free to chat with them directly via the chat icon, or create your own private group to manage your item.
 
Find your friends or discover women who share your same style by following them via the 'connect with members' tab. you will be notified when they post anything to a new group.

For your information: 
We don't take any fees from your transactions, or set any guidelines in regard to wear dates, shipping or dry-cleaning - you negotiate this on your own terms.​
 
We strongly encourage you to use PayPal or Stripe when exchanging money as security and as a means to allow PayPal or Stripe to investigate in the event of any issues.
 
If issues arise, we encourage you to find a resolution between yourselves - but if no resolution can be found, please contact us to investigate via email info@styleconnect.com.au or chat.

If bad actors are identified in our investigation, they may be removed from our platform at our discretion,  but you will need to take your own measures to recover your garment or funds.
