前まではアプリを開くと問題なく作動しましたが最近はアプリを開いてもスタイルレーベルズと各ブランドのロゴが書いた所から全く動かなくなりカードでポイントを付けられてもそもそもアプリに入れないので今までのもこれからのもずっとポイント利用ができません。今すぐ治してください。

4Gではアプリを開くことができません(起動画面で固まります)

自宅のWi-Fiでは繋がります。

レジでアプリを開けずとも紙カード経由でポイントは貯まりますが、肝心のポイント利用はできず困っています。
