I had high hopes for this app and initially really liked the layout and features. It seemed worth the subscription, so I transferred all of my client notes into it and began using it exclusively. After being off work for a week, I returned to find that every single note I had entered had disappeared. I reinstalled the app and checked the FAQ, but nothing explained what happened or how to recover my data. Luckily, I hadn’t deleted my previous app, but the clients whose notes existed only here were out of luck.

Beyond the data loss—which is unacceptable for a paid app—there are major design issues. You can’t add multiple services under one visit, and the formula section doesn’t allow for adding a base color when selecting highlights. Each service feels like a separate entry instead of part of a single client profile with ongoing notes.

This app has potential, but in its current state it is not worth a monthly subscription. I hope the developers address the data loss issue and improve the service input options to prevent others from going through the same frustration.

**Developer response:** SingleWorking, I'm so sorry that you had such a bad experience. I have been testing the app since Nov.2024.,trying to work out all the "bugs". I had back up data saved as well, but was also VERY upset when I knew I had entered a client and didn't have them in the app. What I discovered was that I had forgotten to hit the save button, not sure if this could have happened to you. If you want to add multiple services such as a color/highlight that can be done by hitting the command button next to the service you're documenting and there will be a drop down for another service.
