I tried creating an account and haven’t received any email to confirm. When O tried to reach through the chat or to write to them I just can’t because I don’t have any email to confirm my account so I can activate it. ### 3/5 — Buffering too much.. *2026-02-08* Love the new update, but everytime I try to click on a section or shopping cart. It’s been month of me waiting for someone to get in touch with me to get my account back. They don’t have a support team ### 2/5 — You have to pay doganal taxes *2025-10-14, version 1.0.17* I’ve made an order of 87€ in 5th October. They will deliver it to me (in Italy) in 16th October because of a public holiday stopped the shipment. I thought that’s also ok cause I’ve spend a lot of money and the shipping was free and I’ll receive my order within 1/2 weeks. After that I received an email that said I must pay and extra amount of money for the doganal taxes. I wrote a message to ask where I can see this information on the app, you can see it ONLY if you go to their policy or if you made it through checkout on the “check note” (same= if you tap on it and there are another page where those informations are written in VERY small character merely visible) so it’s not written in red on the main page. I’ve paid another 44€ to receive the package (because it’s not their responsibility to refund you if you don’t accept the order because of the extra taxes). So if you don’t want to spend so much money be AWARE. After this experience (it was my first on this app) I think I’ll return to purchase where I know I’ll need to wait a month to receive my order but where I also don’t need to pay this huge amount of money because they cover the doganal costs. - I’d understand if you make and order with just one product or a purchase of a very small amount of money, but if the customer spend almost 100€ of products I think would be ok if the company takes care o the doganal taxes.. ### 1/5 — I can’t check out on the app or the website *2025-10-12, version 1.0.17* I like the site, store and their products. To my surprise, they divided the order into 2 shipments, was only given 1 tracking number on their app and per country policy i have to pay for imported goods for each shipment so now i have to pay double vat which is around $65 extra. Customer service didn’t sound apologetic and very cold like robots answering your questions. I also wasn’t informed that the order would be non-refundable if delivery failed. They refused to refund me or reship the items. This is unacceptable customer service and extremely unfair to international buyers. It is a Kafka-esque experience. You have to scroll to pick country and city and enter all your details even when paying on PayPal.
