Every time you leave the app you have to download the whole magazine again. It’s also constantly forgetting that you already have a subscription and tries to make you pay again. I want my money back! ### 1/5 — Not working *2024-01-24, version 22.1.1* I have never written a review of anything before but no one has replied to my request for help. This app downloaded one issue in December after I subscribed for three months. No new issues have appeared since then. I’ve tried uninstallling and the lark but no change. Love the magazine but one issue for that price and no assistance is rubbish. Use the free online content instead. ### 1/5 — Not impressed *2024-01-19, version 22.1.1* Every time I try to open it asks me for more money to subscribe when my subscription ends oct 2024. When I get it the only issue I can read is 6 Dec. Don’t recommend at all ### 1/5 — Awful experience *2023-04-28* This App is dreadful. I’m paying for the subscription but the user experience of using is bad Each time I go to the app I have to restore purchases and then, download them - I would expect to automatically see my library of purchases when I go into the app. Doing this EVERT TIME is stupid. After several years they have still not fixed this!!! Now, I can’t even download then once ‘restored’ as I keep getting an error. This is unacceptable **Developer response:** Thank you very much for your feedback. We have now fixed this issue. Please update the app to enjoy the latest version. ### 1/5 — Terrible app with no customer support *2023-01-28, version 21.1.2* I bought the three month package in December and have only got access to the December 2022 issue and all previous issues. I’ve reset, re logged in, re-downloaded the app but it’s stuck to thinking present day is December 2022. I’ve not been able to access any more recent issues than this. Waste of money and no way on the app or online to get the issue rectified and refund issued. ### 1/5 — Won’t pay again *2022-11-29, version 21.1.2* This is a very frustrating app. First of all it makes you pay for a magazine which is distributed free all over the place. I presumed paying meant ad free, but no, it’s absolutely full of ads. When you open an issue you can’t close it and browse another issue without closing the app down completely and starting again. Should be free until they improve it into something worth paying for. ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2021-12-08, version 20.2.6* Very disappointed with this purchase and app. Pretty much the same problem as others in that I have subscribed but I keep getting asked to purchase each download and the app stops working, freezes and closes while I’m trying to deal with it. I subscribed to the digital magazines using my laptop and was so excited to read via my iPad each week. But this App is terrible. Not user friendly. Nowhere to log in. Asking for repeat purchases. No response to app feedback either.
