## Most critical reviews (8 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Can’t upgrade

*2019-05-24, version 1.0.17*

Won’t let me upgrade?

### 1/5 — Roseville Hairstylist

*2018-10-17, version 1.0.8*

I have downloaded but cannot open the app

### 2/5 — Unclear

*2018-10-31, version 1.0.9*

I like the app, it has everything I need. It is just not clear on how many client I can put in using the free version, but when I try to look in setting for a price or a number of client I can put in, it does not say. I want to start inputting all of my clients but afraid that I’ll get to a certain number and won’t be able to purchase the upgrade because everything is unclear about this App

### 3/5 — It’s almost what I been looking for

*2019-06-04, version 1.0.17*

The questions in the questioner is irrelevant to my men clients. If I can control or edit the questions asked then I’ll be your number one advocate. Or if I had options to what kind of questions like “what are your hair goals” “what Are your needs and wants” “do you need 1 on 1 on how to style hair” are you conditioning after ever shampoo wash” “what are your dislikes and/or problems about your hair” do you like to show your scalp in a fade or all scissors haircut”

It would even be more amazing if you can work in a link that will explain why is it so important to condition your hair every time you shampoo. I have many great ideas for an app that caters to the professionals and clients. This app is almost great.
When coming into the barber industry I’ve notice and learned 85% of barbers don’t feel comfortable chopping it up about hair and giving tips/advice to clients. Clients don’t know the terms and language barbers use. It’s a bit overwhelming for clients. Being open and having useful information makes a lot of difference compared to small talk like sports and car topics. Men are embarrassed to ask for help and ask for advice on hair styles mostly because barbers make it weird to the point of almost being taboo. So this app or times next new app can be the middle guy in slowly warming up to all clients and fulfilling there needs. Same time you will be actually earning $$$

### 3/5 — Edit client info?

*2019-01-16, version 1.0.12*

Easy to use and great for keeping clients organized! I was wondering if there Is any way to go back and edit clients info? And also edit their formula after it’s been submitted?
Also, is the 4.99£ every month? Or a one time fee?
Thanks

### 4/5 — So just some feedback.

*2018-06-18, version 1.0.5*

This app looks like what I am looking for, BUT you can’t delete pictures of clients after unloaded. Also, you can’t delete clients. This is definitely a must. What if you click the wrong picture in your gallery? Otherwise I like this, but can’t yet commit to buying until this is fixed. Please let me know if you update!!

### 5/5 — Great app!

*2019-12-16, version 1.0.18*

Good idea David, this is so organized

### 5/5 — My client love it

*2018-04-06*

My customers like the fact we can have pictures of there hair, saved and reviewed for the next time and see the subtle changes over the year

**Developer response:** Glad to hear that your customers also like the app.
