## What is Subha?

Subha is a quieter way to count your tasbih.

— AUTHENTIC ADHKAR

Every preset dhikr is cited from a primary source. SubḥānAllāh, Alḥamdulillāh, Allāhu Akbar, Lā ilāha illāllāh, Astaghfirullāh, Salawat, the full tahlil, and more — with hadith citations from Bukhari, Muslim, Tirmidhi, and the Qur'an visible right on each row.

— NIYYAH

Set your intention before each session: gratitude, forgiveness, guidance, protection, someone in mind, for the deceased, for the Ummah, or your own words.

— ROUTINES & CUSTOM DHIKR

Pre-built routines cover the standard sunnah: Tasbih Fatima, the post-fard remembrance from Muslim 597, the Two Light Statements (Bukhari 6406). Build your own from any combination of dhikrs and counts, or add personal dhikrs in Arabic with your own transliteration and translation.

— BEAD MATERIALS

Six preset materials — Kahraman, Yusr, Sandalwood, Jade, Carnelian, Lapis — plus a full custom-theme builder. Pick any color, any texture, any chrome tone; the entire app re-skins around it.

— DETAILS

Per-material haptics. Optional soft bead-click sound. Tartil mode for measured recitation. Count with the volume buttons without looking at the screen. Light and dark, tuned with care.

— PRIVACY

Fully on-device. Your dhikrs, routines, themes, and session history never leave your phone. No analytics. No third parties. No accounts.

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 1.2 — 2026-10-05

This update makes it easier to begin your dhikr:
- Open straight to the tasbih and start counting.
- Free counting with a 100-bead tasbih.
- Your counting progress is saved between visits.
- Easier access to Niyyah, Settings, and Dhikr \& routines.
- Refined controls and improved layouts for larger text.

### 1.1 — 2026-06-09

A bigger update focused on making Subha feel more like a real misbaha in your hand.

  • Hanging tasbih — the bead ring is now a teardrop chain with proper physics. Drag the imam to reposition, give it a
swing, or just tap to count. Each bead has its own little click.

  • 100-bead routine chains — Tasbih Fatima, After Salah, and other multi-dhikr routines now run on a single 100-bead chain
with markers for each step boundary, so you can see your whole session at a glance.

  • Custom themes — build your own with any accent color and four material styles: Translucent, Polished, Matte, and
Flecked. Edit, duplicate, and switch between them in Appearance.

  • Bead thread — a fine cord drawn between the beads. On by default; toggle in Appearance.

  • Refined haptics — softer bead-on-bead taps, a stronger thud at routine step separators, and walls that thump once per
  collision instead of buzzing.

  • Sized for iPad — bigger chrome, larger pickers, and the chain hangs through the full canvas at the same weight as on
  iPhone.

  • Plus a tighter resting silhouette so the count sits cleanly inside the loop, and fixes for settling at the bottom and
dragging the imam from the upper half of the screen.
