Glad I did! So far the app has worked seamlessly. No problem creating an account, signing in, viewing my policies and paying my policies online. I'm guessing they have done some upgrades to the app because it has worked fine for me. ### 1/5 — Agree with others -horrible *2024-03-07* Basically doesn’t work. What’s worse is you can not access your insurance information on the website either. The only reason I have my car insured with them is my agency recommends them.
