Basically doesn’t work. What’s worse is you can not access your insurance information on the website either. The only reason I have my car insured with them is my agency recommends them. I hope if I ever need help they function better than their app and website

Let me say this again, worst app I’ve ever used.  Not only is their app horrible but try to access your information online. It’s just as bad. I’ve had Sublimity for years but I think they spent about $1.98 on the technology side of things.

I cannot sign in! I tried multiple times to sign in but every time the I am told that the verification code is invalid! What’s the point in having a mobile app if you can’t use it?! This is very annoying and unprofessional! Hey Sublimity, fix your stupid app!

I don’t know what the problem is with this app, but I’ve been insured with sublimity for several years. 
When registering, it says it can’t find my policy.

Can’t reset password the pin is incorrect every time…… also you can’t remember a username or use faceid to authenticate. Get yourself a real software developer who can do basic mobile app functionality. This app makes me not want to continue with your insurance.

I read the previous negative reviews and was hesitant to download. Glad I did! So far the app has worked seamlessly. No problem creating  an account,  signing in, viewing my policies and paying my policies online. I'm guessing they have done some upgrades to the app because it has worked fine for me.
