## What is Sublocus?

Earn money with your parking space or find hourly parking near you.

Sublocus connects owners who have an available parking space with drivers looking for somewhere to park.

For owners:
• Rent out your space by the hour when you're not using it and earn extra money every month
• You set the price per hour and the availability
• Get paid securely and automatically into your account
• Your space protected: get automatic compensation if a driver overstays
• Manage your bookings from the app

For drivers:
• Find available spaces near you on the map
• Book by the hour at the price set by the owner
• Pay securely and automatically by card
• Risk-free booking: if you can't access the space, you get your money back
• Communicate directly with the owner

Complete safety:
• User identity verification
• Secure and automatic payments
• Check-in and check-out with photos as evidence
• Incident and overstay reports

Sublocus charges a small €0.75 fee per booking to keep the service safe and running for everyone.

Available in Madrid and coming soon to more cities.
