## What is Submax?

The TBRS Submax App is an evidence-based tool designed to simplify administration of the Total Body Recumbent Stepper (TBRS) Submaximal Exercise Test. The app guides users through the testing protocol, captures test data in real time, and automatically calculates estimated aerobic fitness to support individualized exercise prescription.
