This immediately improved my game, and I use these escapes all the time now. In fact, my confidence with these escapes has made me a little less inclined to avoid the submissions in the first place, and I'm more willing to be aggressive in my game. I've started applying these techniques in my training and have found success. The only issue currently with the app Is the bonus material for "Caging" doesn't function. He always has extremely helpful and detailed instructions on not only how to apply the technique, but how to avoid some of the pitfalls that come along with the different techniques. The videos are short, clear and easy to understand and follow. I can easily apply what I have learned from Stephan's video to my training. There are techniques shown that I don't think my club instructor would ever teach. My BJJ game and confidence is improving which I am delighted about. Plus I can easliy access the information on my phone or ipad if I need a refresher.
