Would love to train under this guy, he really is humble and a great teacher. In particular, the organization of the app shows the basic list of high percentage submissions available from each starting position. For each, there is a "how to" video along with a second video with key emphasis on technical details. If, for example, you are finding yourself in a dominant position but are having trouble remembering what submissions to look for - regular use of this app *WILL* help! Given the price of private lessons at my academy, this may be the best $3.99 I have ever spent. One of many I now own. I have been training Jiu Jitsu for about a year and I was looking for some extra tuition outside of my club to help me progress faster. The videos are short, clear and easy to understand and follow. I can easily apply what I have learned from Stephan's video to my training. There are techniques shown that I don't think my club instructor would ever teach. My BJJ game and confidence is improving which I am delighted about.
