Ich sollte eine Zahlung von 1€ oder sowas tätigen und davon wird angeblich ein Baum gepflanzt. Alles gesagt getan.. bis heute hab ich keinen Zugriff mehr auf meinem Account! Wahrscheinlich wurde der gelöscht jedenfalls hab ich keinen Zugriff mehr. Jetzt wollte ich noch ein Account erstellen… habe mir die App nochmal runtergeladen und wollte mich registrieren, kommt die ganze Zeit: „ein Fehler ist aufgetreten, bitte versuchen sie es erneut“ Aber gut, da bleib ich doch lieber bei Instagram. Schade echt schade ! ### 1/5 — 0 Sterne…Kann weg. *2023-12-31, version 1.3* Die App und das Konzept waren mal viel versprechend. Seit mehreren Monaten leider quasi unbenutzbar. Support ist nicht in Sicht. Ist schade, aber kann dann wohl weg. ### 1/5 — Achtung Betrüger!!!! *2023-06-22, version 1.3* Die Betreiber kassieren Geld und liefern nichts dafür. Die Server für die Bestätigung sind seit Monaten nicht verfügbar. Der Support reagiert nicht, weder auf Anfrage per Mail noch über die App oder sonst wie. Schade das solche Betrüger nicht aus dem Apple Store entfernt werden ### 3/5 — Viel Potenzial *2023-04-23, version 1.3* Die App lief in der Beta super und stabil. Ich war und bin begeistert. Schade: Seit dem NFT Update ist leider die Suche dauerhaft defekt, Abhilfe über Browser geht leider nicht weil der Weblogin nur für den Upload gedacht ist. ### 3/5 — Bildersuche *2023-04-12, version 1.3* Ich habe die App auf dem IPhone laufen und bin eigentlich recht zufrieden, aber wenn ich versuche Hashtags zu suchen kommt immer nur ein Popup das mir sagt, dass etwas schief gelaufen sei und ich bekomme nichts angezeigt, wenn ich aber bei den Bilder die hashtags anklicke kommen weitere Ergebnisse. Es wäre sehr schön, wenn dieser Bug doch schnell behoben werden könnte. ### 1/5 — Kein Anmelden mehr möglich *2022-09-03, version 1.3* Seit Wochen kann ich mich nicht mehr anmelden. Keine Updates etc. Den Support zu kontaktieren ist auch nicht möglich… TRAURIG!!!!! ### 1/5 — Enttäuscht *2022-08-22, version 1.3* Ließ sich gut an. Aber ständige Abstürze waren in letzter Zeit die Regel! Jetzt komme ich gar nicht mehr auf mein Profil, kann es nicht mal löschen, was ich gern würde. Ich war in der Betaversion von Anfang an dabei, da war es gut. Jetzt, nicht mehr zu empfehlen. ### 1/5 — Serverfehler *2022-08-16, version 1.3* Seit mehreren Wochen Serverfehler und schwarzer Bildschirm, sowohl beim iPhone als auf dem Samsung Galaxy S10. Beide Geräte haben das neueste Betriebssystem. Neuinstallation bringt nix. Mit Telefonnummer anmelden nicht mehr möglich. Keine Antwort vom Support. ### 1/5 — Ohne Worte … *2022-08-15, version 1.3* Leider ist die App nutzlos geworden, da man sich nicht mehr mit der Handynummer anmelden kann. Des Weiteren kommt es häufiger wochenlang zu Ausfällen bei denen man immer seine Netzwerk Verbindung prüfen soll, da etwas schief gelaufen sein! Das Thema Support… weder wird reagiert noch werden die Mails an Support @ zugestellt und kommen zurück. Das gleiche gilt für die angegebene Telefonnummer. Da man sich verifizieren muss also 4 Euro an Subs bezahlt wenn man Inhalte zum Kauf anbieten möchte ist es für mich unverständlich das Geld zu nehmen aber den Account nicht zu verifizieren wie in meinem Fall! Bin einfach nur enttäuscht von Subs dem Support und ein Stück auch von Apple. ### 3/5 — Konzept gut, App geht gar nicht :( *2022-08-15, version 1.3* Ich habe mir direkt einen Account bei Subs gemacht als es möglich war. Das Konzept und die Inhalte mag ich total...die App hingegen ist eine Katastrophe. Anfangs ist die App nach kurzer abgestürzt. Mittlerweile kann ich mich nicht mehr anmelden. Zur Eingabe meiner Nummer komme ich (das ging ca. 2 Wochen nicht mehr), ich bekomme aber den Code nicht via SmS zugeschickt. Auch mehrmals auf "Nochmal schicken" bringt nichts.
