Including them taking money from my bank account whenever they wanted. Even after I am no longer a customer they have still kept my payment details and taken money illegally, never an apology from them either. Awful service! Avoid at all costs!! ### 1/5 — Rent a car *2024-05-07* This company is full of lies , they will advertise that it’s deposit free after you want to make payment , they will tell you that deposit is required . I don’t recommend this car rental company . Deceitful advert . Fake ### 1/5 — Extremely buggy *2023-09-17* I usually don't write reviews, however, I like their prices and service but the app(which is only way to access the service btw) is a terrible experience. I am not sure how the developers/QA submitted this to production. Sign in/sign up with apple doesn't work. Even after using the option, it asks for email again and doesn't even save that email. Pasting an email address in form is not possible. It doesn't sends OTP to Apples HME generated email ids. After completing the full signup process, it didn't kept me signed in on next session. And when I tried to use the sign in with apple option, it took me to signup again. Lots of other bugs like the first splash screen of an offer closes automatically in short time with no option to hold or skip it even though there is a mark to swipe it. Search sessions not saved even while switching in and out of app. Etc. Etc. Syed was there to help when needed and provided discounts as available. The cars had run over 50k KMs but were in good condition. Would have continued if I had not purchased my own vehicle.
