No matter how I try to change it, for example from the default 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, it reverts back to 9:00 AM after saving. I hope this bug can be fixed, also add 6 months option will be better ### 4/5 — Great visuals, but missing unified cost view *2025-05-21* I really like the look and feel of SubTracky. The visuals are clear, the layout is intuitive, and I really appreciate the one-time payment model—huge respect for that in today’s subscription-heavy world. That said, I’d love to see yearly subscriptions factored into the monthly (or even daily) average cost overview. Without that, it’s hard to get a true sense of what I’m spending overall on subscriptions. Still, it’s a solid app with a lot of potential. I wish the developer the best and hope to revisit it in the future. For now, I’ll go with something else, but I’ll definitely keep an eye on this one. ### 4/5 — Very thoughtful app but with an issue *2025-05-03* Very practical and well thought app but scrolling does not work most of the time. Permite registrar gastos de suscripciones y visualizar el gasto en tres formatos: semanal, mensual y anual, lo que la hace ideal para llevar un mejor control financiero. Sin embargo, creo que podría ser más completa si añadiera una opción que calcule automáticamente el gasto mensual total cuando hay pagos tanto anuales como mensuales. Actualmente, solo muestra el total del año, por lo que este ajuste mejoraría la experiencia de usuario. Un punto positivo es que se pueden personalizar los gastos que no están en la lista. En mi caso, hice un “apaño” y registré el gimnasio como un gasto fijo, lo cual me resultó útil. Sin embargo, me di cuenta de que para gastos más variables, como la comida, no hay una opción específica, por lo que hay que introducir cada gasto manualmente. Sería ideal que se añadiera una categoría específica para este tipo de gastos, facilitando aún más la gestión. En comparación con otras aplicaciones similares, esta me ha parecido la mejor y la sigo usando a diario. Con algunos pequeños ajustes, podría ser aún más completa sin perder su interfaz sencilla y práctica. I’d like to see a calendar view and/or calendar integration if possible just because I look at it that way because of payday! Arduous process for adding subscriptions, bad design on Home Screen (subs and budget should be tabs not toolbar, “premium” badge in top right is awful, sizing of list items is wrong). But besides that the app is very dishonest. The subscription modal presents monthly and yearly subscriptions and then a free trial option (which is only 3 days!) and that option is discretely a weekly plan that is more expensive! Additionally the app has a built in modal for leaving a review but in fact only posts a rating if you click 5 star. I tapped one star and it asked if I’d like to send feedback via a form but it did not post the rating to the App Store - I am correcting that now. Very dishonest! So here are my initial thoughts. In short, not great, I’m sad to say. I have a trial of Apple TV plus. It ends next month. I wanted to add that so I don’t forgot to cancel or at least know when it ends. Then I can resub. I searched and it’s not even available in the extensive list, so I had to add it as custom field. The app offers Apple One and Apple Music so why not plus? Then I had to add a price, I put 0 but that’s not allowed so I wrote 0.1 so now the app shows that’s what it costs per month. I don’t want that either. I put in the date as requested but that is the start date. I don’t need to know that either, it’s history. What I do need to know or want to keep track of is when the sub is due to end. Inexplicably, there does not seem to be an option for that. If there is I can’t see it. Surely, that is the one item needed with any sub. For me at least it doesn’t work. It needs a lot more flexibility. It’s easier just to refer to apple subscriptions in settings, create a reminder, add to a calendar or just make a note of the details somewhere. This app seems to complicate the process without providing the information I want. The categories show as blank too. Maybe an app update will help that. To summarise, maybe useful if you use the exact subs listed in app and have a standard years sub I suppose and want to keep track of the amounts they cost. Of anything is different you are better off using one of my suggested alternatives. I also noticed a bug: the app doesn’t account for different currencies when calculating the total sum.
