### 3/5 — Printing Doesn’t Work

After updating to the latest version printing the labels no longer works.  The support from Subsplash when this was reported was the programmers are working to fix this issue, and suggested a work around of connecting to the printer through Bluetooth, which wasn’t a fix since the printers we have don’t have Bluetooth functionality.

The app works well, once it’s up and running. The issue I’ve found is, if you close the app completely by swiping up in the multitask view, OR if you turn off the iPad, the app will ask you to setup the kiosk again, a little annoying, but we’ve came up with a temporary workaround by adding the App key and Setup code in the notes app for now and added a security code to the note. Not the best solution, but for now until Subsplash can fix this issue.

We do have Screen Time enabled for security reasons.
