## What is Substitute Teacher Log?

Substitute Teacher Log is a private, offline record book for substitute teachers who work across many schools and districts and want one calm place to track every teaching day, the pay they expect, the pay they actually receive, mileage and parking, and which schools they would return to.

LOG A DAY IN SECONDS
• Record the school, grade, teacher, and assignment type — full day, half day, or hourly.
• Enter the gross pay you expect and the date you expect to be paid.
• Add mileage as total miles or a start/end odometer reading, plus parking.
• Keep private classroom notes for routines, materials, and staff support.

KNOW WHAT IS STILL OUTSTANDING
• Every logged day shows a clear status: outstanding, due today, overdue, or received.
• Mark a day received and enter the actual gross amount from your pay statement.
• See the difference between expected and actual pay at a glance.

REMEMBER EVERY SCHOOL
• Rate your experience and set a private return preference: Accept Again, Maybe, or Avoid.
• Review transparent per-school summaries — assignments, pay, mileage, parking, and your own decisions. There is no hidden score.

REVIEW YOUR MONTH AND YEAR
• Monthly and yearly totals separate expected income by work date from received income by pay date.
• Track mileage and parking totals, outstanding pay, and records that still need attention.
