Then after the trial, I couldn’t even open the app. I would just be stuck on the “try the free trial” page and no way of exiting the app. It just freezes. I mentioned it to customer service and they said they will push the new updates. The issue was never resolved. I asked for a refund because it wasn’t working since day one. No answer……. I thought it was a new app and I should give them time to resolve the issue but none of the issues were addressed. If you are putting an app on the market, you need to be responsible for your actions. I ended up buying another app. Hope my review will helps some of you trying to find a caption app. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work after paying *2021-08-13, version 1.0* Not able to contact creator so hopefully someone here will respond ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Terribly Frustrating *2026-02-01, version 1.0* It keeps crashing and wasn’t able to complete a single task. Even worse, it kept me waiting and retrying for hours. It doesn’t allow you to try it without buying a subscription that includes a 3-day trial, so you have to enter your credit card details only to be disappointed in the end. Can anyone please contact me and help???? ### 1/5 — Deceptive Business prqactices bordering on fraud!! *2023-01-08* Dishonest business practice: This app is listed as Free, and when reading the description, you see that there is a pro version. This leads you to wast time downloading the app and then finding out that you cannot do anything worthwhile until you upgrade. Such an app should ONLY be listed with a price tag, and a search in the Apple Store should not include it when filtering for free apps. ### 1/5 — Ocena Aplikacji *2022-08-25, version 1.0* Na początku aplikacja zrobiła wrażenie. Szybka, dość poprawna w tłumaczeniu. Po zakończeniu 3 dniowych dni próbnych zakupiłam aplikacje. Jednak nie mogę korzystać z jej funkcji. Aplikacja przestała tłumaczyć filmy i odsyła po powtórnego zakupu.
