Здравствуйте, раньше были замечательные титры. Был промежуток без оплаты. После скачал, оплатил подписку. Сейчас почему-то всё время пишет не поддерживается формат, хотя оплачена подписка. Файл начала сканирует. Показывает текст. Загружается проект. А открыть не могу.. формат не поддерживается.

Ativei o período de teste grátis de 3 dias, não durei 10 min, app muito ruim. Fui cancelar no mesmo dia e adivinhem… fui cobrada! Já fiz reclamação e até agora nada de devolução. 
Tive 10min de uso desse app.

Постоянно тупит, зайти снова в созданный проект и что-то подредактировать нельзя - пишет, что видеоматериалы утеряны. Задумка приложения оченл классная, а реализация просто ужас. Оплатила премиум, а в итоге не могу пользоваться - субтитры бегут быстрее, чем говорит спикер, слова пропущены((((

Perfect understanding, good options, but a terrible way of working. At times it is almost impossible to support the size of the CC, in some situations the application simply becomes desynchronized and in all cases it is more difficult than it is supposed to make a simple adjustment

Bought the paid version and it worked well. Surprised how fast it captioned my videos. Now, about 6 months later, it gets stuck and I get a message saying it’s in “que” and then a notification saying “these videos aren’t supported”. I have cancelled but no refund—the app just sits there—won’t function. Pretty bad service + customer service. 😤😤😤😤😤

After using the free trial, I did not intend to use the app. However the money was already taken out of my account before I could even cancel the trial.
