Literally, they said if we sign onto this app, they will find your subscriptions. You don’t have to have your sign in information and they can cancel them. That is not how this goes. They’re asking for how much do you pay per month? What is your sign in, etc. I don’t know these things and can’t even find a place to cancel this crazy thing. I hate gimmick and this is a humongous gimmick.

**Developer response:** Hi Rosie, there seems to be a misunderstanding about how SubTracker works. SubTracker does not ask for or require your account passwords/login credentials, and it cannot access or cancel subscriptions on your behalf. It is a privacy-focused subscription tracker where you add the subscriptions you want to monitor, so you can see your recurring costs and upcoming payments in one place.  
If anything in our App Store description gave you a different impression, we’d genuinely like to know so we can make it clearer.

I don’t think this is legitimate. I never saw a place to sign into the app once I downloaded it from my phone and I can’t figure out how to unsubscribe.

**Developer response:** Hi, SubTracker does not require you to sign into your subscription accounts or provide passwords. If you purchased a subscription through the App Store, billing, cancellation and refund requests are handled directly by Apple through your Apple ID. We’re also reviewing our onboarding to make sure this is clearer for new users.

Not delivering as advertised.

SubTracker is designed to privately track subscriptions, recurring costs and renewal dates; it does not log into third-party accounts or automatically cancel subscriptions. We’d appreciate hearing what you expected the app to do so we can improve both the product and how we explain it.
