I’ve had crypto and NFT’s in my sub wallet for multiple years. Today I went to check it, and they have all miraculously disappeared. When I first went into the app, it only showed one of my crypto balances and then upon exiting and coming back now there is nothing in my account. The wallet will not allow me to unstake my coins. I am experienced in crypto and have tried everything. Putting coins in this wallet is like flushing them down the toilet. If you enjoy spending countless hours searching thru an app to figure out how to accomplish something that should be simple and easy to find out about. Then this app is for you . Not to mention when you break down and contact support to resolve your issue . You get an email explaining they can’t help , but watch the attached video to learn how. You click on video and it’s just a 5 second clip with no volume. Apps like this are generally like this for a reason. The less we know and can find out the more they can take advantage . Very shady. Straight trash!!!! ### 1/5 — Topaz *2024-07-13, version 1.1.68* When I used on EVM wallet, and tried to connect to DeFi like as Ether.fi. I got often “fail to add connection” that made me hard time. It’s so frustrating because other wallets were smoothly and successfully connected, except SubWallet. I don’t know what a reason either. It’s kinda myth. ### 1/5 — Cannot Unlock and Vara Tokens in Subwallet *2024-05-30, version 1.1.61* I did a Coinbase activity to earn Vara. I sent Vara to Subwallet and staked 150 tokens. I think I got them unstaked but they remain locked after a few weeks. The stake, unstake, and unlock processes are impossible for me to find without Googling outside sources. Even then it is all unclear. It isn’t a lot of money but it’s the principle. It’s like giving me the key to a car with a hidden ignition. If I can’t get it figured out soon, I’ll just cut my small loss and uninstall the app. If crypto is ever going to be the norm (and I don’t think it will for reasons exactly like this) it can’t be rocket science for the average user. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Works Good *2024-06-19, version 1.1.65* I used it for staking VARA. So far it’s working pretty good and might still be in beta mode as some things in the wallet state about further updates coming from the team. So far so good actually, fairly easy and quick. I use Nova wallet and can’t say there are much competitive wallets out there, especially for a DOT ecosystem. Looking good team! Imma keep revisiting this app and check it out throughout the coming days, one thing I would like to see is the description of the validators/nodes. ### 5/5 — Great wallet and integrates well with VARA *2023-12-02* I am happy with this wallet. Literally had an issue with staking vara from coinbase and their support helped me unlock and I stake all my vara and withdrawals. Good support service through the telegram group, intuitive app design and rewards through Coinbase. If you are always on a rush and want things perfect, web3 apps are not for you yet.
