アプリで日本語表示してくれるのは嬉しいのですが、乗り換えの際に方面と書かれているものが表示に載っておらず、どちらの改札に行けば良いのかわからなかった。
ぜひ改善していただきたい。
また出発の時間変更の仕方が分かりにくい。現在時間で変更できるようにして欲しい。

慣れると結構使えます！日本語と韓国語表記の切り替えがもう少しパッと出来ると韓国人に聞く時に便利ですね。あと現在どこにいるかは分からないのでNEVER MAPと併用して使ってます。あと所用時間がたまに変な時あるかな？

Очень простое и понятное приложение для метро Кореи, один минус это на очень частые обновления приложения, из-за чего  изменения стоимости проезда не отображаются правильно, одна поездка в августе 25 стоит уже 1600 вон, а не 1500 как в программе.

駅名が日本語表記のみなので駅によってはわからないことが多々あります。
ハングルと英語表記も併せて記載していただけたらかなり使いやすくなると思います。
駅番号もあるとわかりやすいです。
また、出発駅と到着駅を入力してルート検索ができる機能が有れば更に使いやすくなると思います。
今の検索方法では、路線図が頭に入っていない人は使えない場面があるのではないでしょうか。

This is the WORST App. It is never accurate with the train arrival and departure places. The times also are inaccurate. I get lost almost every time I use it and I lived here many years!!!

駅の表記が日本語名のみでハングルと英語で表記されないためかなりわかりずらい。
乗り換え検索の時も毎回路線図に戻って駅名を見に行かなければならずかなり不便。

拯救了我的首尔之旅（有一个bug：比如我从首尔林到清凉里，让我坐往十里行的列车到往十里换乘京义•中央线，但是我选择水仁盆唐线清凉里行的列车时，应该是直接坐到清凉里，我还希望首尔地铁图里有ITX线路，而不是显示ITX的图标）

韓国に行かれる方はこのアプリさえ入れておけば、簡単に地下鉄移動が出来ると思います🙆‍♀️時々ひらがな読みとハングル読みの違いから入力でつまづいてうまく検索出来ないけれど、それは仕方のないことなのでオッケー

몇년이나 이용했을까요, 10년은 넘은거같은데-. 어제 갑자기 무슨 오류가 난건지 업데이트를 무한반복하더라구요. 그래서 망설임없이 삭제하고 다른앱을 깔았는데 켜보니 ui도 너무 불편하고 낯설고 못쓰겠는거예요ㅋ 원래 잃어봐야 안다고 그 10여분동안 공기처럼 이용해왔던 이 앱의 소중함을 깨닫게 되었습니다, 생활의 일부로 정말 잘 사용하고있어요. 고맙습니다

This application has taken a lot of the guesswork out of my hands, super easy to read and really helps making you trip planning a lot easier, I can easily see where I’m at look where I’m going and map the route very easily. Highly recommended application.
