Love this game and keep playing!I will not delete game or start over as I did it before. However no stars or points are being added to me or any players. It was working until approximately stage 350 but then I noticed scores remained the same. No reason to keep play unless it’s fixed. Freezes/glitches but I keep playing. Now I am in Super Star tournament and had to stop playing AGAIN. No stars are being added to me or any players since the tournament last ended and new tournament began. No reason to play unless it’s fixed. Freezes/glitches but I have kept playing. I am not going to delete game because I have over 18,000 points. I am competitive and like to win but if I can’t earn any stars/points it’s pointless. Wish you could fix this **Developer response:** We appreciate you sharing your experience with us. We’re here to help! ### 2/5 — Bad Glitches *2024-07-21, version 1.15.0* This game has bad glitches and often freezes along with glitching to the point where I cannot move anything around and it’s stuck on one screen. It was great at first until it started going more downhill the more levels I passed. ### 2/5 — Good game *2024-07-13, version 1.15.0* It’s a good game except it wants to over lap sometimes and you can’t make moves and I clear all the hats and it says I still have one left and there are none left to clear. Then I open the game and play like 3 levels and all 3 levels are glitching. I the little icons that you have to move around and make matches we’re covering up the little subway icon things that you had to get rid of in order to complete the level. So I had to buy more moves because I ran out of moves. After I did that I went to move the icon to get rid of it and no matter how many times I moved the icon thing it wouldn’t tel me that I got rid of it. Fix your game . Not happy and I had to spend money on more moves! I honestly want a refund now! ### 1/5 — Can’t get past level 53 *2024-01-20* Game won’t let you pass level 53. The reason why I quit playing is because I would beat a level and sometimes after beating it the game would still take a heart away from me. I reached level a level and I ran out of moves. I watched the ads to get extra moves and I was able to beat the level. Yet AFTER I beat the level the game STILL said I didn’t beat it and I ran out of moves even though the board was cleared. This isn’t even the first time this has happened to me either. On a previous level I cleared the board yet it showed that I was missing 2 of the caps on the board even though there were no caps on the board at all. The helicopters, the bombs everything it’s really cool and I would write the same review on the original subway, surfers game and subway surfers blast, and how good is that?
