The app is good to place your order however the online payment option needs to upgrade/update. 
The payment shows up in USD when it should be in TTD. The WiPay keeps declining even though multiple cards (VISA, MASTERCARD and Debit Cards) are used. Better to use their WhatsApp version and follow the instructions.

Please update the app.

The app was difficult to place the order. Kept saying that I had to call the branch to place the order and then eventually went through after three tries.

When y’all hiring people make sure they could read first! It makes no sense ordering something that was accurately selected and then you’ve received the wrong order! Subway Valsayn to be exact.. Also, why set delivery on the app when there is never any delivery drivers available

The app isn’t great, I love Subway, and the one in Tunapuna, the service is even better with them knowing I am a frequent customer but the payment feature has to change. I use to be charged in USD which had me paying more and that’s dissatisfying.
