Duh thats because im trying to log in not sign up and theres no other route to take from the main menu. I then try to use log in through email and it sends me a code in my email, I insert said code and says session expired even though it took me 5 sec to grab the code. Is it so hard to log someone in who already has an account. ### 1/5 — Most obnoxious app ever *2026-09-02, version 101.9.2* This has got to be one of the worst apps. I like Subway, but for some reason, the app automatically logs you out and then when you enter your email to log back in, they send you a code. There’s a timer that says that the code expires in 60 seconds. You enter the code and regardless of how much time it’s been, it says that time has expired. This has been an ongoing issue for a couple of years and doesn’t seem to get fixed. Please fix your app. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work in Canada *2026-09-02, version 101.9.2* Took me a while to get the app to make my first order, but now it won’t let me make another order to a nearby location. Best off to use the website instead of the app if you are Canadian. Even the points I earned on my only order thru the app is nowhere to be found on the website. This needs to be figured out.
