When transferring money to and from banks to make payments, majority of the time they do not go through you have to keep a watch on them.

I would give zero stars if it were possible. When I can get into the app, I only get update errors. Or it won’t let me transfer money or I have to delete it several times and reload it and hope that it will open. I have been fighting with this app for over two years now.

Every employee needs fired from the Jonesboro location and bring in a new group of people. The people in there right now do not care and are RUDE!

Was looking at loan options. When I went to respond to a text it submitted a loan request and hurt my credit. They were able to cancel my request but it still hit my credit score.

I have been with Success since it was NEAFCU and it has only gotten better. Over 10 years of doing business with them I couldn’t be more pleased. I have taken out over 10 large loans. Boats, side by sides, expensive cars and no matter what I have always received the best deal with them. Love the mobile app and literally every aspect of business with them. Abbie at the Paragould location is one of the very best people I have done business with. It’s like having someone that cares about you in banking. You guys have my business for LIFE!! Thank you
