I placed a prepaid order for 6 sarees on June 1st, after confirming the estimated delivery date of June 6th. Like most people, I made this purchase with a specific occasion in mind — an important function on June 10th. Despite raising a complaint, the order has still not been delivered. Delivery details are also not available properly. After purchasing a product, users cannot write their own review. I feel the reviews shown in the app are not real customer reviews because most of them are only positive. The app should allow genuine customer feedback and improve order tracking and delivery updates. Overall, not satisfied with the service. ### 1/5 — Don’t buy saree from this app *2026-04-19* I ordered a saree from SUDATHI after being assured that the order would be dispatched within 24 hours, along with tracking details shared promptly. It's been over a week now, and there has been absolutely no response from the company. No dispatch update, no tracking ID, and no customer service support whatsoever. I even tried reaching out multiple times, but received no reply at all. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. If you cannot commit to your own delivery timelines, don't make such false promises just to attract customers. My experience has been frustrating and disappointing, and I would never recommend SUDATHI to anyone. Despite multiple follow-ups, the Sudathi team keeps promising delivery dates, but they have not been fulfilled. I am very disappointed with the lack of proper communication and support from their side. This has been a very frustrating experience, and I request immediate action on my order. Either deliver the products as soon as possible or provide a full refund. Overall, this has been a very poor customer experience with Sudathi. ### 1/5 — Very Poor App *2026-02-25* The app is very poorly designed and the user interface is not user-friendly at all. One major issue is that when I add products to my cart and then log in from the website or a different phone, the items in my cart disappear. This is extremely frustrating and inconvenient. The return process is also very annoying and complicated. First, the OTP is not sent to the mobile number as expected—it is sent to email instead, which delays the process. On top of that, customers are required to take and upload two photos. Why is this necessary? The entire return process feels unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. The return system should be simple, smooth, and customer-friendly. It came on the diwali day and when my mom opened to see it was having holes and burnt marks all over. This offer seems misleading, and it feels like they are just trying to make fools out of customers with flashy deals. If you believe that customers should keep whatever they receive, regardless of dissatisfaction, then you should clearly mention that before selling your products. ### 1/5 — Fake product *2025-10-07, version 2.15.0* Fraud company fabric description is wrong. selling nylon in the name of silk. they delivered the product and purposely didn’t update so that customer don’t raise return request. the updated the delivery status once the return period was over.
