The next day set a record for spam calls on my cellphone. Too much for coincidence. They had to be sharing my info without my consent. It does just fine up until I go to spend my points and then it just crashes. And keeps crashing. However, the app requires an email to log in, which I never provided. When I try to create an account, I get an error saying my phone number is already in use. The website has the same issue, and since the card/account numbers on the receipt are partially starred out, I can’t reset my password. Worse, the only support option is a contact form on their site. I filled it out days ago and still haven’t heard back. Without access to my account, I can’t redeem any points, making this program useless.
