### 1/5 — Not fun, poorly designed, ads incredibly invasive

To start, the ads are obnoxious. You have an ad bar on the bottom of the main menu, you must see and skip an ad before starting a level, and you must see and skip an ad *after* a level. Every time you do anything, you have to look at an ad before you do it.

As for the game itself, it’s less fun than just solving sudokus. Each level is technically a sudoku puzzle, but you can’t directly choose which number to place, you have a spinning wheel of numbers which stops when you tap it, to give you a number. If you don’t get the number you want, you’re forced to place what you’re given, and most likely just have to guess, at the cost of a life if you guess wrong.

Powerups exist, but the cheapest cost most of the points you start with, and it’s unclear whether you can reuse them, or if they’re wasted if you still lose the level. I haven’t bought one because I didn’t want to risk all my starting points when I may never actually get more, and it seems that solving a level only gives you a few.

As for the gameplay, the levels are intentionally designed to remain consistent. This is because the core concept of the game is mastery rather than variety. The goal is to refine your timing, strategy, and decision-making over repeated play, much like improving your skill in a sport or a puzzle challenge.

With the combo system, players who build streaks of correct placements can earn significantly higher scores. As you progress and improve, achieving 300 to 400 points per level becomes entirely possible.
