Sudoku, pure and simple. A logic puzzle, no arithmetic, only deduction. Learn the rule and you know how to play. Every empty cell holds 1 to 9 candidates. Your job is to rule them out until one is left. Each clue unlocks the next. It is like a suspense series, minus the jump scares, pure investigation. 8000 GRIDS, 4 LEVELS Easy, to switch off in the elevator. Medium, to clear your head in 15 to 20 minutes. Hard, for when your brain asks for something to chew on. Expert, to get properly stuck and come back with a cool head. All of it open from day one. BOOKS OF 25 PAGES The grids live in books, and the books on a shelf. You open where you left off, and the app knows the next unfinished page of that level. Finishing a book is a visible milestone, not a number that climbs on its own. TODAY'S PUZZLE A new grid every day, with a calendar and a streak. Miss a day and the calendar keeps your place. THE HINT THAT TEACHES Asking for help does not hand you the answer: the app lights up the region, walks through the reasoning step by step and gives the move back to you. When no technique applies, then it reveals the cell. WHY IT EXISTS When we started building apps at BLA, we wanted to practice logic before diving into bigger projects. Sudoku became an exercise in design and code at the same time. Instead of revealing the cell, the app lights up the region, walks through the reasoning step by step and gives the move back to you. The tutorials were reborn on the real board: a tour of the interface and eleven deduction techniques in interactive scenarios, moving forward when you tap, at your own reading pace. Recover became honest. It gives the board back exactly as it was, with the notes and the cross outs that your move had eaten along the way. Finished the last grid of a level? The next one now loops around and takes you to the first one still open, instead of sending you back to the start. The menu became an accordion of drawers, with four accent colors to choose from, optional paper sounds and a new page about BLA. And the Almanac now speaks your language: all 134 stamps were translated into the ten languages of the app. The puns stayed in Portuguese, because a pun does not cross borders. ### 2.0.0 — 2026-07-11 Sudoku BLA reinvented itself. A board carved into paper, keys that truly sink, and an amber ink of its own. Puzzles now live in 25-page books. Today's puzzle arrived, with a calendar and a streak. And so did the stamps: open the Almanac, the ones you already earned are waiting there.
