### 1/5 — Bad Mechanics

Got this to learn advanced strategies, but it forces you to play through from the beginning with extremely simple puzzles. You have to “beat” 9 puzzles for each strategy to move on to the next strategy. Also there is a countdown timer on each puzzle that rushes you through. Not very conducive to learning when you’re just trying to beat the timer, or else you have to start the level over. Sudoku is already a game, no need to add these stupid mechanics to it, especially on a paid app.

Si vous n'avez pas fini une grille dans les temps il faut payer
Si vous voulez apprendre la technique du xwing il faut payer
Les bonifications ne sont qu'un leurre. Elles avancent au compte goutte et se vide vitesse grand V. 
L'appli n'est pas mal faite mais globalement toutes les fonctionnalités sont payantes à un moment ou un autre. Pas très réglo.

I've been waiting three days to unlock level 4. The timer is still going. 
Also levels are stale and preset, killing replayability.

I downloaded this app to specifically learn some of the advanced sudoku techniques through the tutorials.
There must be a bug in the system, as I now cannot progress.
The 24 hour timer on the unlock is resetting back to 24 hours every day. Help!

I had to edit my review which was initially 5 stars and it all boils down to a stupid issue that would be pretty easy to change.  The technique tutorials that begin each section use the weirdest cell numbering convention. An example to illustrate:  If we assume that cell (2, 2) doesn't contain the number 2 than it follows that cell (8, 7) must. The problem is that the cells highlighted in the puzzle are not located at row 2, column 2; row 8, column 7; row 7 column 8; or any other cell one might logically say is designated by those coordinates. I don't know if I'm being completely dense or if there's some glitch but please fix this. I am specifically referencing the turbo fish tutorial in chapter 14.   

Original review: So good. I'd pay money for a version with his support. I just sent feedback to the developer via the in-game feedback form. I really hope I get a quick response!

### 4/5 — Not perfect, but better than I initially thought

Reasonably good sudoku game with some helpful explanations of moves. Heavy penalty for any errors and forces you to wait a long time for the next game to unlock unless you use unlock gems. There's also an annoying glitch with the timer, which will randomly add on another 12 hours or so :( . Explanations could also be clearer.

Even after so many years, my iPhone has been upgraded several times, but this Sudoku game still remains a constant on my phone’s home screen. In terms of operation, color scheme, and tutorials, it stands out more than other games of its type. It’s even better than other Sudoku games developed by the same developer.

A sudoku app that actually explains how to logically fill it in! Goes through advanced techniques and shows you the next steps when you get stuck.
