The app used to work, but now it won’t even load. When I click it, I see a brief loading circle that will go to about 15% and then shuts down. USELESS

App won’t load so it’s extremely inconvenient. I can not look at my purchases or turn off my membership temporarily.

I try simply opening the app and it boots me right off. it’s quite inconvenient because I was trying to cancel my membership. I just ended up calling consumer service and they solved my problem without delay. Don’t waste your time and phone storage on this app. I love the service Sudzy provides but this app is not it.

I don’t like having to enter a credit card to use the vacuum that comes with my monthly membership. The app opens me up to tracking and privacy violations and potential card theft. I’m deleting it. Figure out another way to deliver what I’ve already paid for.

I’m have a monthly membership, and this app is useless. I can’t use the free vacuums because it’s asking me to put in a credit card information. Just created an account and there’s no way to link my membership.
