I purchased a unit I was debited, it shows me successfu but given me token become a problem for them

I hate this app… I saw the advert on YouTube and went straight to download the app, but it says my meter number is invalid while it’s not

This is a scam app, once you done paying, they won’t give you no code to load into your meter, they only confirm your payment. Don’t fall victim
