What kinda interface they have idk I can’t even login my existing ac it always says incorrect password or users. Better try to browse on website instead of using app

After the order was placed I received the order confirmation and everything with all the details , after a well I get a notification of payment failed. 
Customer care number is not working and neither have the mails been answered.
