I don’t understand why did you cancelled the app it was a valuable tool for me, and I’m sure for everyone else in Suffolk county too!

A completed disappointment.  It consolidates the maps into a single place, but it you don't know the bus number you need you're out of luck.  You can't search by town, bus stop or anything helpful.  Some nerve charging for this waste of an app.

this is the worst, buggiest, most malfunctioning useless application I have ever seen in my life. There are at least five other apps out there that are more widely used and do better at navigating people through YOUR county's public transit system then an app you quite obviously gave the job of designing to the lowest bidder and couldn't care less how bad it was. This is horrendous and someone needs to be held accountable

I downloaded this app under the impression that it was the official app for Long Island public transit, but it turned out to be a scam.

I wanted to view the schedules on my phone so I bought this app. It was NOT as it shows in the photos advertised. Every schedule I tried to view showed as an error. The review I read said as much, but it was from 2 years ago, so I thought they would have fixed it by now. But they didn’t. Do NOT waste your money.

It is impossible to create an account to login, the buttons are unreadable and some don’t work. How can this be a transit app?? I want a refund!

I paid a dollar for the app thinking it would automatically tell me the route I should take, but instead it just had two bus lines in the bus schedule section and whenever a click on the bus lines in the routes section it would send me to a page that had troubles loading and couldn’t get to the actual buses routes. The routes are in the website and the reason why I paid for this app is to make my transportation easier, but I end up wasting money and time because that app is even worse than the ones my younger siblings are developing for fun.

Not all busses listed (no S33) 
App did not list location in real time which is a shame considering how late the buses run so you don’t know if you missed it, it didn’t show up or it’s late. Not useful

I don’t know why people complain about this app it’s $.99 so I didn’t expect a lot to begin with but if you play around with the app and get to know it better you will see there is maps etc to help you and if you link it to your social media it can give you more I haven’t done that yet but I will! I live in Bay Shore and they rarely have maps for buses but now no more paper because I have it on my phone!
