But necessary *2022-04-20, version 6.8.29* After using this for months, the app stopped working-saying purchase failure on attempts to buy tickets. But they took my money! I had to fight with my bank to get some of my money back for which I got absolutely nothing. The wait is ridiculous, the bus is constantly delayed, and there are way too many stops. I end up late for work almost every day. The bus is always late, and many drivers are rude to passengers. The service is down for two months so the bus schedule does not load correctly. Phone number stops working at 4:30 but rush hour does not start until 5. It’s a convenient way to get tickets for smartphone users but just buy single tickets with NO TRANSFER until this is fixed. If the expiry is strictly time-based, riders get penalized for (frequently) late buses!
