## What is sugardash home?

sugardash brings supported glucose displays and sugardash device controls together on your iPhone.

Connect your supported CGM sharing service to view glucose information, or link a physical sugardash to manage its display and settings. Keep your account name and supported user connections synchronized across phones signed into the same sugardash account.

With sugardash you can:
• View supported users, glucose values, trends, and full-screen displays.
• Link and manage sugardash devices on your account.
• Adjust brightness, sound, colors, glucose ranges, schedules, and user settings.
• Reorder users on your sugardash display.
• Receive notifications from linked sugardash devices when enabled.
• Acknowledge device alerts and start, adjust, or end a snooze.
• Manage account information and delete your account from Settings.

New users start with all alerts turned off. Enable the alerts you want in the user’s settings.

CareLink is device-only: its account and patient can be connected to only one sugardash. The app helps with sign-in and setup, while ongoing CareLink fetching and glucose display remain on that physical device. CareLink glucose is not displayed in the app.

The app supports all sugardash devices: original sugardash with stable firmware 3.3.0 or later, and sugardash 2 with stable firmware 3.5.0 or later. A compatible physical sugardash is required for device controls and CareLink. Initial device linking and settings changes require the same Wi-Fi network. Other supported CGM display connections can be used in the app without a sugardash. Internet access and a compatible third-party sharing account are required where applicable. Availability depends on your provider, region, and setup.

sugardash is a secondary display for information and convenience. It does not measure glucose. The app is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Readings and notifications may be delayed or unavailable. Do not use this app to make insulin dosing or other treatment decisions. Use your prescribed CGM or blood glucose meter and consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice.

Third-party services are independent of sugardash. Compatibility does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
