Can manage my account and book appointments all in one platform. ### 1/5 — App and website *2026-04-30* Both app and website riddled with bugs, need to log in multiple times, Face ID never works. Two separate login pages? ### 2/5 — It’s time for an app from this century *2026-03-19* Please update this app. It is full of bugs - it’s difficult to update credit cards, it’s difficult to book services, and everything errors out. In 2026 we should not be using apps that feel like it’s 2011. Booking an appointment via app should be seamless and convenient not a time suck especially when these services aren’t cheap. Should be able to save “favorite” locations would be best so you’re not scrolling through all locations. Adding the ability to see all upcoming appointments, not just the next one according to date. Making so you can modify appointment times instead of a full on cancel and rebook. Members should be able to see what services they have available that month and what has been used on the front page. I always have to scroll through several states’ worth of locations to find mine. • Store your “Past Reservations” history or provide some other way of managing your membership.
