The either says “uh oh something’s wrong with your connection. Try again later” or “there was an issue viewing your membership status. Try again later.” Spoiler alert, that “later” never comes. Do yourself a favor and just book your appointments online and save memory space on your phone. ### 1/5 — App keeps saying it needs internet *2019-11-18* Useless app. Says I’m not connected to the internet when I am. **Developer response:** Hi Tephie, That sounds incredibly frustrating! Can you shoot us an email with a screenshot of your error message? I'd love to look into it for you. ### 1/5 — App isn’t working - please fix! *2019-11-13* The app has been down for several days or weeks at this point. It says that there is no internet connection. I’ve been using the website to book, and it’s so cumbersome. ### 1/5 — Not reliable *2019-11-11* The app doesn’t let you book more than one of each service, for example if you want two teaspoons for different parts of the body that’s not an option. Currently the app won’t open at all. It tells me my internet isn’t connected or is too slow, but that’s not true, I don't know what the issue actually is. Every time I attempt to use the app I have to resort calling and leaving a message for someone to call me back. Then I saw a discount deal for downloading it and am pleasantly surprised now, finally easier than calling in. Really glad they fixed it **Developer response:** Thanks for this! We're happy you're back! ### 4/5 — Card update option *2024-06-21* The app needs a section where you can update your card for billing the memberhship. I swear it used to have it, but not seeing it anymore. ### 3/5 — Basic *2025-05-31* This app is beautiful but not great in functionality. Should be able to save “favorite” locations would be best so you’re not scrolling through all locations. Adding the ability to see all upcoming appointments, not just the next one according to date. Making so you can modify appointment times instead of a full on cancel and rebook. Members should be able to see what services they have available that month and what has been used on the front page. My 2 cents … looking forward to seeing what’s next for the app! ### 3/5 — Room for Improvement *2024-09-27* Recommended: • Use your location or past reservations to suggest stores when you’re booking an appointment. I always have to scroll through several states’ worth of locations to find mine. • Store your “Past Reservations” history or provide some other way of managing your membership. Especially since unused services roll over, it would be helpful to see how many you have available and when those available services expire. ### 3/5 — New issue *2021-01-13* App crashes when I try to add an appointment to my calendar. ### 2/5 — It’s time for an app from this century *2026-03-19* Please update this app. It is full of bugs - it’s difficult to update credit cards, it’s difficult to book services, and everything errors out. In 2026 we should not be using apps that feel like it’s 2011. Booking an appointment via app should be seamless and convenient not a time suck especially when these services aren’t cheap.
