They support only when we buy product from them I purchased Shugar Fit cgm from TATA 1 but it went crashed while after installing
I got a call from Shugar Fit and they confirm that they will be taking it back and sending a new one. It’s not more than 20 days and so-called coaches. Also confirming that Ccm should not be will take very long time for replacement. It’s our hard and Money trusted with them. More over the coach also is very very casual. They don’t have time to talk to us. They just for formality. They will call then disconnect so be very clear value purchase this things that these people I was continuously called and forced to buy injections. So I really very much upset the way Shugar Fit is treating their customers.

Major sync issues - never get to see the sugar readings when you need it. Many times you have to go through a whole loop of unpairing, uninstalling the app and repairing to read the sugar readings. If a ticket is raised, it will always get closed that readings are available - obviously I have done a lot of work to get the readings by uninstalling, unpairing etc… tickets are never investigated properly to see what the actual issue was. I’ve never spoken to a human for all the 10+ tickets I have raised and the issue happens daily. How is the ticket resolved without talking to me,

At The Sugarfit Diabetes Management Webinar the sales customer care do not make it clear, that in the term of 1 year you join by paying for the entire year of the programme of Diabetes Reversal they will provide only 1 CGM (continuous glucose monitoring)  device which last only for 15 days and then you have to pay extra Rs500 every month purchase the Gold Membership and keep purchasing the CGM every 15 days at a quiet high cost , if you want to monitor your blood glucose without pricking your finger for blood to use on a blood glucose monitor. Without CGM your blood glucose cannot be automatically be highlighted on the Sugarfit app where it’s linked and with readings the Health & Fittness Coach can help a diabetic to make changes in diet, medicine,  exercise etc. to improve insulin sensitivity.

Sugarfit’s team appears quite disorganized, with a noticeable lack of coordination when it comes to supporting customers. While they claim to guide you throughout the entire journey, it is extremely difficult to book appointments with doctors, nurses, or coaches. Even after receiving the medication, there was no clear guidance provided on how to use it, leaving me uncertain about the next steps. Additionally, having to manually schedule every interaction with the team makes the overall process tedious and inconvenient. Overall, it has been a very disappointing experience.

The App is trying to sell products on a voracious speed through their webinars. However, the staff that deals with deliveries & support has no idea what a customer has ordered & how to process the orders. A case in point is purchase of Two CGMs along with SugarFree Products on 14Dec25 after attending a webinar. Two CGMs were delivered but the SugarFree Products were not. Even after a passage of One Month only one batch of Five Sugar Free products were delivered in two batches after raising the matter a number of times through their App. The second order continues to remain undelivered and no further updates are made available. The raising of tickets also yields nothing as the ticket is self resolved without any attempts by back office team on delivery, updates or Refunds. It is recommended that one shouldn’t order any item after attending any webinar

please for God sake after sign up with Sugarfit take patients serious ,senior citizens are enrolled ,initially after sign up and can was out of stock and after 1month we got can without sticker they installed and then it’s showing drastic high and low .No proper coach and No follow-up .
After informing Neha Kapoor she did not change coach .all are sales people sitting in Sugarfit .
Please refund the amount .sales people are rude .cgm is not working good .no respect to our feedback and pts .please take twin and forelock they are good .sugarfit is worst .please refund otherwise will file a case for refund .

Do not download this app even by mistake; I had dropped out of this program and now since last two years I am getting spam calls from various different numbers for ‘renewal program’  I keep blocking their numbers but some they call with a different number. If you do not pick they call you repeatedly until you pick. If you block a number they will call you from a different number until you pick. What a nuisance. Next time I will join their renewal webinar and blast at them
