Because one of the seller disappeared and they didn’t pursue them. $60. I lost $110 due to seizure. But I assume it was because of declaration because these are authentic Popmart items. There’s no way to claim them on your end. No seizure notices or nothing. Been 6 months. I fell victim to the gash returns. In the previous episode many years ago. I lost a pen pack through one of those legendary gash. Apparently my sea item ended up with a gash. I did not record anything as I am visually blind like it’s in camouflage. First offense why there was a bulge in the first place. They smashed my items to fit in the box. That bulge was the extension for the items. Which eventually ended up with a tear! And guess who was near the edge of that bulge. Apparently the seller shipped the items separately within the box. I voted for shipping box removal. Pure mistake. Apparently they don’t bag the boxes. And they decided not to bag the other figure and parts. They don’t use tape, the items were in a bubble bag. And guess what happened. This is a nendoroid so the item came dissembled. One of the wing parts just decided to go out the gash. Bounce out of it as that open, no closure, bubble bag contained the other figure. This is a $300 value item that I accepted at $65. With just him and the dragon. You know china value who are not like American. At the time I thought $100 was expensive. So I opted for the cheapest plan. I think what ups offers is you not open the box. I totally unboxed the whole thing. Because I am the blind who did not do visual inspections(more blind than anyone to do this) even close ones. This why many go for taping the whole box. Or I should have kept the shipping box for protection. But this my first time ordering a box with separate items. I did not know if they’ll not bag the items. ### 4/5 — Still mad *2026-03-12* After 5 months from my seizure. Im still angry. I ordered 5 popmart items during the pin for love and Skullpanda you found me release. I was so happy because this box is primarily just popmart items 2B. I had a habit of shipping them separately. Most items were forwarded therefore have a $0 title. Dude was seized, stuck internally at custom inspection. Since I lack knowledge I thought I was entitled to the box and contacted customs about their whereabouts. But with the tracking, they said they found nothing. Cough it’s only trackable on fujexp. So my baby research I may concluded that whoever is on the label may be the one making the decisions that costed the life of the babies. As I tried to educate myself with maybe it was the declaration that triggered the alarm. Remember they passed customs until suspicion struck. It’s impossible to declare these fully because there’s a limit of entry. I did ship a popmart item later on but the entry was small amount to match fully declaring. After the two minor orders. I ordered two sets more. 4 by 4. Declared by them because I have no clue if it’s reasonable to only declare 3/4. Just to let you know it’s low declaration because of the limited entries. 3x5=15. And added of course the dead sentence insurance. Even though general goods never got seized. As tax free and sea ship sometimes arrive near each other. Except I never receive the other set! Ordering xianyu seems cheaper here. I had to order the first one somewhere else because he had(figure) a hand made, fan made realistic 2 inch knife. The knife is so realistic it was green rusting and none known existed at that size. They don’t ship knife. Secret. He was $38 to ship alone. Since Sugargoo had discounts and I couldn’t buy items at full price with such $7 discount. Plus that shipping service does not allow brands. And then I lost $100 plus $30 shipping in a seizure. I recently purchased recent released Popmart items. And they been seized. And they been there for many months from early October. Since Popmart recently did a campaign with the president. They ended tasting their own medicine. With longer time at customs. But our situation is different. It is unknown who responds to custom seizure. I know it isn’t us because we never got a letter or reply from customs. December mid was my date to contact. And we don’t know how these items are shipped. Like everything is taken off from the shipped box. So yeah I did get my solo Popmart and another general goods ip. I declared full value but wasn’t enough for insurance. Just $5. Sea mail during seizure did arrive safely. Arrived end October. Trying to wait for support for the other. I left it at the warehouse. Dude was officially fake as arrived shipped from 2B air mail. As a few users are reporting items not passing customs. I’m currently within a few days turmoil. I went to the group to find why my item hasn’t arrived. I commented on a post but hours later I found the refund I received was for custom issues. Now as a strange user. I didn’t purchase insurance because I thought these insured services was full insurance. But turns out in fine print it only covers $42. To my shock on not reading fine prints again. I entrusted insurance and it was listed as $15. Meaning I only got compensation for that. My haul was around $110+. I didn’t think once again Popmart (2B) will ever have a problem and often neglected reading complaints about seizure and then insurance. But because I read a message and the terms. I feel like they found out I’m never getting my item. Compensation happens only by approval. It is unknown what will happen to the package. I was hoping that it was just a warning. That I just have to wait many weeks for my item to be released. I had an ups package be delayed like that. I have no idea how much insurance cost. Ah! I thought they did me dirty with low declaration but maybe I didn’t read the terms again. I forwarded items and they are reported as 0s. I wasn’t going to make it with my new purchases for the July early end event. TaoBao review: Even with a trusted seller, the seller sent me the same item. Apparently they were secret farming and smashed the box to see who it is. The ship box was more intact and in the images the doll box beaten up. Sadly the other guy didn’t have it instock. This was almost close to price hike era for the two lines. I gotten 4x duck you from China. I wanted to save “$10” or $15. Depending what Popmart was charging to USA. At the time sellers were no longer serving USA costumers on the Taobao alternative. And the only seller was fake. Sadly Taobao didn’t help me collect crybabies. Dada was first purchase from them trusted seller. I choose that color. If I choose random. They’ll probably give me something worser. They claim chance of secret. But because I got a suspicious choice and smashed box. They aren’t true to word. Baby brown is now 1000 yuans ($152) (old $77-80) due to the Popmart Chinese custom plus legit seller be dead drama. Price hiking labubu and crybaby. The other in a box that might have been 5 inches. The 5 inch(2 1 inch less joints)was $13 to ship by itself. But I sent the $19 one because of its volume. New purchase: Baby three was severely large that both things are $29. But with two more out of box it is $33 sea mail no 2B yet. But I’m expecting four more Popmart. The minis might be 5 inches by itself. So that might be a scare. I’m waiting for preorders to complete the coupon event. Tracking was empty for the baby three. The seller dared to charge them a cross border fee. So as I’m forwarding the coupon special item. The tracking is empty in the forward order.. tracking always empty. The quest from taobao: as I’m trying to get there by October. I have to find preorders that fulfill. It is unknown if the 10 day one will ship it. I left one where I might have been in line from 1000 sales(previously I was at one for two weeks with Sugargoo and some characters already devalued by then). Cancelled and bought one confirmed same price and a devalued one at $15. There’s been troll posts for these items and no new review from 7 days ago. The one that was shipping 24hrs is a confirmed one. I really want an unopened one. I’m in line from sale 20 for another. Hopefully that is fulfilled quicker. The other number 55 and two repeated listings. (Which becomes suspicious). The other was higher. (Seller might be close to 1000k, maybe people will catch on to that one).
